1. Who we are

QuotePro is operated by Dhenuja Automations ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. The service

QuotePro is software for preparing GST quotations and invoices. We provide the tool; you remain responsible for the accuracy of the documents you issue, for your GST filings, and for compliance with applicable tax law.

We are not accountants and QuotePro does not constitute tax advice.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
• One account belongs to one business. Sharing logins across businesses is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in Indian Rupees.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Prices exclude GST, which is charged additionally where applicable.

5. Failed payments

If a payment fails, your account remains fully usable for 7 days while we retry. After that, the account becomes read-only: you can still view and export all your data, but not create new documents. Nothing is deleted.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. You keep full access until then.
• We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partially used periods.
• If the service is materially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, contact us and we will consider a refund case by case.

7. Your data

• Your business data belongs to you.
• You can export it at any time, including after cancellation.
• We retain cancelled-account data for 90 days, then delete it. Tell us sooner if you want it removed earlier.
• We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run QuotePro.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use QuotePro to issue fraudulent documents, to break the law, or to attempt to gain access to other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where practical.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
