1. Who this covers

This policy explains how Dhenuja Automations ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data through QuotePro. It covers two different kinds of data, which matters because we handle them differently:

• Your account data — your name, phone, email, and business details, which you gave us directly to run your subscription. For this data, we are the ones responsible for how it's used ("data fiduciary" under the DPDP Act).
• Your customers' data — the names, GSTINs, phone numbers and addresses you enter while creating quotations and invoices for your own customers. This belongs to you, not us. We only store and process it on your behalf so QuotePro can function ("data processor"). We do not use it for our own purposes.

2. What we collect

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data or your customers' data, ever. We share the minimum needed with the following service providers, who process it only to help us run QuotePro:

We may also disclose data if legally required to — for example, in response to a valid court order or tax authority request.

Analytics and advertising

Our marketing website (not the QuotePro app itself) uses the Meta Pixel to measure how well our ads perform. This only runs on pages like our pricing and landing pages, not inside your account after you sign in.

4. How long we keep it

• While your account is active: for as long as you keep it.
• After you cancel: we keep your data for 90 days in case you want to come back, then delete it. Tell support if you'd like it removed sooner.
• Billing and tax records: kept for the period Indian law requires (currently up to 8 years for GST-related records), even after account deletion, because we're legally required to.

5. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you can ask us to:

• Show you what personal data we hold about you
• Correct data that's wrong
• Delete your account and personal data (subject to Section 4's legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent for anything we asked your consent for

Most of this you can already do yourself in Settings. For anything else, email support@dhenuja.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Your customers' rights

If one of your customers wants their data corrected or removed from a quotation or invoice you created, that request should come to you, not us — you're the one who controls that data. We'll support you in fulfilling it through the app's own edit and delete tools.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls that keep every business's data separate from every other business's. No system is completely immune to risk; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you as required by law.

8. Cookies

QuotePro uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (like light/dark theme). We don't use tracking cookies inside the app itself.

9. Children

QuotePro is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance, the same as changes to our Terms of Service.
